Valra Cosmetics Company Info
We've been selling lipstains now for just over year but who are we really? Today we all routinely purchase items off the internet without knowing who we are actually purchasing from and we want to change that!
Valra Cosmetics started as a joint venture between a couple of friends who had an affinity for beauty products and love making customers happy. Plus these friends wanted to spend more time with their families by working at home and since starting the company, have been able to incorporate their spouses into the business for a truly family run venture!
So if we work at home, where are we located and how does this all work?
Well each partner lives in a different state in the US. In fact, we each live close to our extended families because 1 partner has a couple children with one more on the way and the other is expecting their first child in 2017!
Since we do work remotely, we stay on top of taking care of our customers and getting orders out with multiple conference calls each week and each partner focuses on a different aspect of the business.
One of the most important things for us is making sure we take care of our customers. It's part of the reason we got into selling our own beauty products so we could see the joy it brings in others!
So we really try to keep a regular communication going with our customers and now have a customer service team to help answer questions and provide each person with a positive individual experience.
We do this by providing multiple ways to get in contact with us with our most recent being the live chat during business hours. Unfortunately we don't have a phone number at this time but give us a bit! We are still small and new but we will get there!
Speaking of being small, we have been scaling up our inventory and shipping capabilities because in late 2016, we had so much demand that our original set up just wasn't working. So we really buckled down and worked on beefing up our supply side of the business and streamlining our inventory side.
As we enter our second year of business, we are trying to serve our customers even better! So how do we do that?
We are working on providing timely responses to all customer questions on all our different platforms. We are also trying to provide more resources for our customers about our products and tips of the trade on how to use them. And if that weren't enough, we are even working on rolling out more products based on customer feedback!
We truly take our customer feedback seriously and want to hear about all the little details whether it's just to say you love our product (we love to hear these!!) or recommendations on new products and colors or even complaints on use. With complaints, we can either help them with their issue or learn from their experience so we can better help others in the future.
